Q: How quickly can you turn around an inspection?

A: I can usually schedule your inspection for the next business day, depending on distance and seasonal rushes. Your report will be available online within 24 hours, and I will deliver copies of your report to all necessary parties by the next business day. Please let me know if you have any special requirements and I'll do my best to accomodate you.

Q: Do you inspect on Saturdays?

A: Yes! Unlike most inspectors, I realize that might be the only day that you have available, and I'm happy to inspect or test your home on a Saturday.

Q: What kind of special equipment do you use?

A: I try to stay up-to-date with the latest equipment available to ensure that my results are accurate. I have a gas leak detector, a moisture meter, full radon testing equipment, as well as various other instruments.
