The inspection report is delivered in a three-ring presentation binder and includes information like the 80-page full color “Homeowner’s Handbook”, an Environmental Concerns booklet, a Pre-Closing Inspection Form, an Inspection Glossary of Terms, the NACHI Standards of Practice and Ethics, Inspection Binder Tabs for easy reference, and one additional report copy for your Real Estate Agent.
